From their website.

29th October 2015

Today we tragically lost our dearest brother Tony Van Frater. Words cannot express how we feel. Never was a band member loved so much by us and fans alike. Deepest condolences to his family. There will never be another like him. Rest in peace our brother and dearest friend. Life will never be the same without you.

Re: Tony from Cockney Rejects RIP
I heard about this yesterday, I met him at Sunderland away this year. A mackem mate had recommended a pub and as we wandered around we walked in a cab office and Tony took us in his taxi to the pub.

Only a 10 minute encounter but what a lovely bloke. Had a laugh about a gig I'd seen him play at the Astoria and he was talking about his days in London spent in the Lord Stanley. He told us which pubs in Sunderland were safe and which ones to avoid

RIP
